2. Eligibility
Employees eligible for remote work must meet the following criteria:
- a. Have demonstrated consistent high performance and reliability in their current role.
- b. Possess the necessary skills and equipment to effectively work remotely.
- c. Receive approval from their immediate supervisor and the HR department.
3. Remote Work Arrangements
a. Regular Remote Work: Employees may work remotely on a regular basis, subject to their supervisor's approval. The frequency and schedule will be determined by mutual agreement between the employee and their supervisor.
b. Ad Hoc Remote Work: Employees may request occasional remote workdays for specific reasons, subject to supervisor approval.
4. Responsibilities
a. Employee Responsibilities:

- Maintain a dedicated and secure workspace free from distractions.
- Notify their supervisor in advance of any planned absence or changes to the remote work schedule.

b. Supervisor Responsibilities:

- Clearly communicate expectations, tasks, and deadlines to remote employees.
- Monitor and assess remote employee performance regularly.
5. Equipment and Technology
a. JAB Solutions LLC will provide necessary equipment and technology for remote work, ensuring it complies with security standards.
b. Remote employees are responsible for the proper use, care, and security of company-provided equipment.
6. Communication
a. Remote employees must maintain regular communication with their supervisor and team members through established channels.
b. Utilize company-approved communication tools for meetings, updates, and collaboration.
7. Data Security and Confidentiality
a. Remote employees must follow all security protocols and guidelines outlined by the IT department.
b. Ensure the security and confidentiality of company data, using encrypted connections and secure storage solutions.
8. Work Hours and Breaks
a. Remote employees are expected to adhere to their regular work hours unless otherwise agreed upon with their supervisor.
b. Breaks and lunch periods should be taken in accordance with the company's policies.
9. Health and Safety
a. Remote employees are responsible for maintaining a safe and ergonomic workspace.
b. Report any health or safety concerns related to remote work to the HR department.
10. Performance Evaluation
Remote employees will be subject to the same performance evaluation criteria as in-office employees. Evaluation will be based on key performance indicators and job responsibilities.
